What is FleetAtom and what does it offer?: FleetAtom is a full white-label GPS tracking platform that lets you launch your own telematics business under your own brand. We provide the software, SIM cards, hardware options, and ongoing support.
What does “white-label” mean?: White-label means everything—your domain, your logo, your pricing, your branding. Your clients won’t see “FleetAtom” anywhere—they’ll think you built the platform yourself.
Do I need technical knowledge to start?: No. You don’t need to be a developer. FleetAtom is fully set up for you. You focus on marketing and sales—we take care of the tech.
What do I need to get started?: Just a logo, a business name, and your first customers. We’ll handle the software setup, branding, and onboarding process with you.
How quickly can I launch?: You can be live with your own GPS tracking business in as little as 48–72 hours.

How much does it cost to use the FleetAtom platform?: We charge a flat monthly rate of £3 per connected device. If we supply SIMs and hardware, those are added on as needed.
Do I have to buy devices upfront?: No. If you opt for the 360 package, devices can be paid monthly (€5/device) or one-time (€75/device) after 300 active devices.
Can I set my own prices to clients?: Yes! You control your pricing. Many vendors resell at €9 to €15 per month per vehicle, with options for upselling alerts, reports, and camera integrations.
Are there discounts for large volumes?: Yes—volume pricing is available for 2,000+ devices or multiple regional franchises.

What features does the tracking software include?: Live location, trip history, alerts (speeding, idling, geofence), reports, driver behavior analysis, multi-device management, mobile app access, and more.
Can I access the platform on mobile?: Yes—FleetAtom is mobile-friendly and works on any device. We also offer a branded app option.
Can my clients manage their own fleets?: Absolutely. Each client gets their own secure login and can manage their own vehicles and drivers.
Is there support for dash cams or sensors?: Yes—we support dash cam integrations and sensor-based tracking (temperature, fuel, door status, etc.).

Will my customers see the name “FleetAtom”?: No. Everything is branded under your name—login pages, dashboard, emails, even the domain.
Can I resell this under multiple brand names or regions?: Yes—many vendors operate regional sub-brands or manage partner networks under one FleetAtom account.
Can I build my own sales team or affiliate network?: Yes—you can create user hierarchies, assign sub-resellers, and even track their performance.

Do you supply the GPS tracking hardware?: Yes—we offer reliable Queclink devices and others, fully preconfigured and ready to go.
Can clients self-install the devices?: Yes—plug-and-play devices or easy 3-wire installs are available. We also support pro-install options.
What SIM options do you offer?: We provide global roaming SIMs (multi-network) at just €0.69 per 5MB. Or you can supply your own.
Are the devices locked to your platform?: Yes—to protect your business and ensure consistent quality and support.

What kind of support do I get as a vendor?: Priority email and ticket support from our experienced technical team. We also offer marketing materials and onboarding assistance.
Do you support my clients directly?: No—your relationship with your clients remains 100% yours. We support you, not them.
What if I stop trading—what happens to my clients?: FleetAtom has a Business Continuity clause that allows us to protect your clients if you stop operating, ensuring they don’t lose service.

Can I scale to hundreds or thousands of vehicles?: Yes—FleetAtom is built to support scale, with proven performance up to 50,000+ devices globally.
Can I add other services or upsell products?: Definitely. Most vendors offer installation services, dash cameras, SIMs, driver training, or insurance add-ons.
What industries use GPS tracking the most?: Courier fleets, trades (plumbers, electricians), haulage, taxis, waste management, agriculture, security services, and more.
Can I sell internationally?: Yes—the platform and SIMs support global tracking.

Who owns the customers and data?: You do. FleetAtom never contacts or markets to your clients. Customer data is yours, protected by NDA and vendor agreement.
Is there a contract?: Yes—our standard vendor agreement is 5 years with protection for your business, branding, and data.
Can I leave the platform if I want to?: Yes, with 90 days’ written notice, provided all invoices are up to date.

Do I need a big team to start?: Not at all. Many of our vendors start solo and grow organically through word of mouth and local partnerships.
Can this replace a full-time income?: Yes—with just 200 active vehicles, you can earn €1,500–€2,000/month in recurring revenue. With 500+, it becomes a strong business.
